Amongst enophiles, this debate is akin to the "which came first, the chicken or the egg" debate. The correct answer is...whatever wine you enjoy most! I realize that's the "chicken's way out", pardon the pun. So, let's get down to some answers.

If your preference is towards white wines, our recommendation would be a Vouvray from the Loire Valley of France. Vouvray's are made from the chenin blanc grape and present a nice fruity taste with a hint of sweetness.

If you're preference is towards reds, this year's suggestion is to go with a Syrah (or Shiraz if you're Australian). The fruitiness of the Syrah is an excellent complement to the blend of flavors in the turkey, stuffing, gravy. Mmmm...

Whatever wine you choose, it's always best served in the company of family and friends.
