You won't be blindfolded, but the wines will!
We'll provide the education, wine, and food, you bring all your senses including your sense of adventure for this fun wine dinner. Prize for the best taster!!

Breaking away from the traditional 5 course dinner, this wine tasting dinner will test all your senses. We'll be tasting 6 different wines along with a variety of tapas (small savory entrees). Cosmo Mullen, from the Wine Merchant, will educate us on how to properly taste wine along with the properties of different varietals. We'll then taste the wines alone, and with a variety of tapas-style entrees prepared by Mother's Executive Chef Cindy Coll. Use all your senses to determine what it is you're tasting based on what you've learned and experienced.

    with Roasted Almonds, Parmesan Crisps with and without Smoked Salmon, Venetian Crab
  • White Wine Course - 2 white wines
    with Lobster Canapes, Wild Mushroom Goat Cheese Bruschetta, Duck and Quince Chutney on Sweet Potato Crisps, Sausage and Apple Slaw on Pumpernickel
  • Red Wine Course: 2 Red Wines
    with Ham and Cheese Croquettes, Stuffed Chicken, Lamb Quesadillas, Sausage and Porcini Stuffed Manicotti
  • Dessert Course: Dessert Wine
    with a Fruit and Cheese Assortment
