Course 1: Avocado, tomato, and pine nut salad over micro greens served in a pita cup

Wine Selection:  2000 Epiphany Pinot Gris 

 

Course 2:  Marinated grilled cobia over saffron risotto, topped with roasted red pepper pesto

Wine Selection:  2004 Fess Parker Chardonnay

 

Course 3:  Moulard duck breast topped with spiced cherry sauce, served over braised leeks

Wine Selection:  2005 Fess Parker Pinot Noir

 

Course 4:  Garlic rubbed bison strip loin served with yukon gold potatoes and corn & tomato gratin
